I made an order and didn’t hear anything about it for a few days. So, I shot off an email to get an update. Instead of just sending a standard automated reply, Julie actually called me to follow up. That’s way more professional, if you ask me. The item I ordered was meant to be a Valentine’s Day surprise for my wife. Julie mentioned she wasn’t expecting more of the bag I wanted to come in until after Valentine’s Day. (Which was cool with me; my procrastination doesn’t mean it’s her emergency, right guys?!) BUT, she found two more in stock and shipped one out to make sure I had it in time for Valentine’s Day! I checked the tracking a day or two later and saw that the shipment had been cancelled. A bit worried, I reached out to Julie again to see what was up. She informed me that the original shipment wouldn’t make it by Valentine’s Day, so she upgraded the shipping to guarantee it would arrive on time. Thanks to her going the extra mile with her customer service, the package showed up on Valentine’s Day, and I avoided the doghouse! Huge thanks to Julie for her attentiveness, especially since I was a first-time buyer. It really doesn’t get better than this.

On top of that, the bag looks to be a high-end, quality product. The leather, stitching, zippers—everything seems built to last, and I totally recommend them.

This bag is really comfy to carry, and you can totally tell how well-crafted it is. Usually, concealed carry bags can be pricey, and I was a bit unsure about spending this much on one. I appreciated the free return/exchange option, and I absolutely loved the bag! The only minor issue I encountered is that being diabetic means I carry my wallet, a test kit (which is about the size of a square wallet), and a granola bar in my bag. When I have all those plus a chapstick, it gets a bit tricky to pull out my pistol. I had to rearrange things a bit, but now I feel pretty good about carrying it. Just a heads up for anyone who likes to pack a lot in their bags! Overall, I’d give this company and the Friday Belt Bag a solid 10/10.

Awesome fabric, but the Friday bag is really better for smaller guns. It accommodates up to a compact, and it’s a snug fit. I wish it had worked out better for my buddy's carry, but aside from that, it’s solid!
